Quality


At GPV our quality policy is focusing on ”Full Customer Satisfaction” this concept lead to our practice in GPV as follows:

  • To comply with International Standards & Regulations such as ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, RoHs, REACH, UL, ATEX and AQAP 2120
  • To implement statistical techniques such as Statistical Process Control, Process Capability Studies, Measurement System Analyses (MSA),  Sampling Plan, Charts.
  • To improve our technical knowledge, skills and competences such as Geometrical Product Specification (GPS), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Problem solving process (8-D, 5 Whys), etc.
  • To create quality culture among our employees by implementing various quality concepts for example ” Internal Customer Supplier”, ”Do the Right thing, Right the first time” and ”Do not receive and deliver defect”.
  • Keep continual improvement such as implementation of LEAN Manufacturing and small group activities (5S, QCC).
  • To extent our quality control in our supply chain by Suppliers/ Vendors improvement activities.
